Zoho Corporation has announced a significant expansion of its AI capabilities with the introduction of Zia Agents, Agent Studio, and Agent Marketplace. This new platform aims to enhance the accessibility, creation, and distribution of intelligent autonomous digital agents across various organizational functions. The solutions include pre-built, task-specific Zia Agents that will deploy across over 100 Zoho and ManageEngine products in the coming weeks.
Key features of the expansion include:
– **Zia Agents**: These are pre-built agents designed for specific tasks such as account management, customer support, and sales. They will be available for preview with deployment planned across Zoho’s extensive portfolio.
– **Agent Studio**: A no-code and low-code platform allowing developers to build customized AI agents using Zoho’s existing skills and tools. Users can access a wide range of pre-existing Zia Skills and data from the unified data platform.
– **Agent Marketplace**: A platform where agents created using Agent Studio can be published and reused by organizations. This will facilitate the distribution of specialized AI agents across the enterprise.
The announcement follows record growth for Zoho, which onboarded 110,000 new customers in 2024, bringing its total to over 850,000 customers globally. The rollout of these capabilities will begin with a limited set of customers and expand monthly.
Sridhar Vembu, Zoho’s Co-founder and Chief Scientist, emphasized the company’s commitment to leveraging engineering expertise and data privacy standards, driving customer value while retaining flexibility and data privacy.
